Eugene Dankanych was admitted to the Bar of Ontario in 2008. He is also admitted to practice in foreign jurisdiction with over 15 years of legal expertise in international law. He has an LL.B. degree (2006), University of Ottawa, M.S.(2001), National Agricultural University (summa cum laude) and Bachelor in Civil Law (2000), Trade Academy and Social Relations (summa cum laude).
Prior to become founding principal of Law Office, Mr. Dankanych acquired extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, energy regulation, finance, foreign investments, securities, real estate and insurance, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. Mr. Dankanych current practice encompasses a broad range of commerical-related tranactions including real estate, civil litigation, estate litigation, commercial disputes and international arbitration. Mr. Dankanych acted as counsel for Goverment of Canada on numerous occasions, is a member of American Bar Association (UABA), Canadian Bar Association, Visiting Judge at the Arbitration tribunal (foreign).
