Dan obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the Tulane University School of Law in the vibrant “Crescent City,” New Orleans, Louisiana. At Tulane, Dan specialized in the Civil Law of Louisiana and engaged in extensive pro bono work at the Capital Post Conviction Project of Louisiana, a branch of the Louisiana Public Defender Board entrusted with appealing death sentence convictions for inmates incarcerated at the Louisiana State Penitentiary.
Following his graduation from law school, Dan received a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation. Dan subsequently articled with Eugene Dankanych at Dankanych Law Group, where he assisted with Family, Estates, Litigation, and Real Estate files. He was called to the Ontario Bar in September 2018. At Dankanych Law Group, Dan currently works primarily on Family, Estates, and real estate.
