Lorne Levine graduated from Ontario’s Osgoode Hall Law School and was admitted to the Bar of Ontario in 1975. He was always interested in advocacy and won the Senior Moot Court Competition during his final year at law school.
During his 45 years of practicing law, Mr. Levine has accumulated very wide litigation experience. He has appeared in all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He has been a role model and mentor for many younger lawyers.
Mr. Levine has appeared before many administrative tribunals and has represented other professionals (doctors and lawyers) dealing with allegations of professional misconduct.
Mr. Levine deals with litigation of all types – civil, criminal and family law – and has a reputation of being able to focus on narrowing issues to come to timely and cost-effective resolutions.
He has been working as associate and counsel to Dankanych Law Group for several years.
